Another weekend...

Hello All :)

How are you guys?? Yet another weekend is here. Past few days have been busy and I guess the coming few days will be busy as well. Let's see...

It's another Friday and nothing is planned. Not sure how I'm gonna spend it this week. There are few places that I wanted to visit. In the list the first place goes to the Temple in Bur Dubai and I want to go there taking a ride on the Abra. Oh my Good God it has been ages since I went to the temple here. I have been begging my husband to come with me to the temple and he has been neglecting me always and ever. I want to drag him to the temple atleast tomorrow. I'm gonna punch him if he doesn't come with me this time too. What say guys??!!

And then I wanted to walk around the souq in the Bur Dubai Abra area. Since it's Friday and morning, there won't be much shops open. I'm thinking that the alleys around the area will be kind of rush-free too. And then take the Abra back to Deira and walk around the area. Or may be go to some near-by malls or so. Walk around, do some window shopping, gazing, some food and fun. Let's see what my husband wants to do??!!!

Smile is a divine feeling...

Smiles... Smiles... Smiles...

Today morning as I reached near my office building, I saw a little boy may be 3 years old or so playing with his Dad. His dad was dressed well in a suit and I assume that he is on his way to work after dropping his little son. The little one instantly lifted my spirits. I looked and smiled at this little one and starting waving my hands at him, he instantly ran to me with his tiny little feets...

I held his tiny hands and he walked few steps with me. I asked him if he is joining me to go to my office. Not sure if he understood or not, because he was just too little to understand. Even though his dad was calling him he didn't want to go with him. He wanted me to hold him. But as his dad was getting late for work and the little cutie was getting late for his nursery, his dad took him. They said good-bye to me and waved their hands at me. I was so touched and so happy at the little one... I'm really happy to have met him...

All my love and prayers for the little one and his family...
Will I be able to meet him again? If so I would want to ask his name and if his dad lets me I will take a photo with him. This is a memory I will cherish forever...

It's raining now too...

Hey Guys !!

How are you all? What is the weather where you are?? Here the weather forecasts are very much accurate and has been raining since yesterday morning or since Thursday night. It is pretty much heavy and sometimes does stop all of a sudden and it becomes sunny. But now its cloudy and raining. Reminds me of the rainy old days back home in Kerala.

I took some photos from the bus today too as usual. Due to the rain, it didn't turn out so well, but still better than expected. I will share one of those photos with you now. Others needs to be edited and will be posted soon. Stay tune for more 😈

Rainy Day

Hello Guys 😈
It rained here today morning. Which part of the World are you? What is the climate there like? What is the season now?

Today it rained pretty much heavily. As I stepped out of my building the alleys around the area were kind of filled with water ponds here and there. I couldn't get any photos of these scenes since it was raining too much and I didn't want to miss my bus.

But from the bus I managed to take some shots. I enjoyed taking these shots and hope you guys like it too. Do let me know what you think about it.

A capture that makes me happy

Hello Guys !!!

How are you all? I have been busy in the weekend and the week days as well because of work related matters. Auditing and things.

As you guys know I'm new to photoraphy. I mean to say that I'm new to photography on a serious level, even though I like taking photos and have been taking photos.

My photos had color, sunshine and bokehs already, but I just wanted to enhance it a bit more. So I used Pixlr Express Web App to bring more life to my captures.

A Happy Accident

How are you all today??
Sorry guys I was bit busy with work and at home yesterday. So I failed to post.

To make up for the mistake of not posting anything yesterday, here it is today- A Happy Accident.
Now don't get me wrong and think that I was in some sort of accident or so. Not at all guys. I'm just SAFE and SOUND !!

The photo that I'm posting is what I want to call A Happy Accident.
During the first few days of carrying around my DSLR I was playing with it and trying to check out all the shooting modes. Without much knowledge and without checking on the details of using the MANUAL MODE in capturing photos, I just wanted to try and see how it works out. And to my surprise I got a pretty good picture, but that was not how it was supposed to be I think. And that's why i call it an Accident. But a Happy Accident. You will see it and then you will know !!

I posted this image and the story in my Photoblog and one of the most experienced members called it A HAPPY ACCIDENT and that's how I decided to use that title here ✌. And to my surprise this post gained more comments than any of my other posts there.

Time to sleep now...

It's time to sleep now and I haven't wrote anything here today. I'm feeling tired and hungry having witnessed some family dramas.

It's kind of exhausting, but my new-found hobby is keeping me SANE. I'm glad I can get through good and bad days now. The thought of taking photos and walking around taking my camera kind of wakes me up and I'm all alive and fresh again. I try to take photos daily mostly of the same locations and each day I think of making it better. I try new modes in using my DSLR and it is kind of interesting and the I challenge myself to make the best of myself and the resources around me.

I feel ALIVE and HAPPY...

Black & White

Haloo !! How are you all today??

Today I'm in the mood to share some Black & White Photos. As I was going through some of my old clicks I wondered on what kind of edits and processing I should apply to my photos. And then I stumbled upon few old clicks of #MYDUBAI. I tried few effects, but for some reason didn't like any of them. And then I tried to process it in Black & White.
Yahoooooo and I liked it !!

Silent Gaze

My best clicks

I am not the best, but atleast not the worst. That's what I think about myself.
Why do I need to degrade myself. Most often people say to Love Ourselves. Here I am giving a little bit of love to myself and appreciating myself for Being ME 😋

I'm not bragging about myself or my skills or anything. Don't misjudge. Just trying to be what I want to be or how I used to be. I don't like how I was all this time. People use me when they need me and then IGNORE me on the whole. I tend to think if I ever existed in the space. Well for those people this is my reply. I have always existed and I will always until the moment I take my last breath. And those of you who wanted to make use of my existence, be glad that I'm still nice to you all, because I am what I am and not like you !!

Even I too have limits and I might reach that point soon or have I already reached there??!! So beware of me. I can IGNORE you well and act as if you people never existed in my life too. Be nice to me while I'm being nice to you. So let's strive to keep a healthy gap between us.
