This is Me 

I am Shìmna and I would like to call myself Silent Gaze because that is the kind of person I am. I like to remain silent and gaze the things that I am curious about, gazing at things that amazes me and so on...

Born and brought up in Kerala- India, but thanks to my dad's tailoring business, we got to settle here in Dubai- UAE. By "we" I mean our family of 4- my Achan (dad), Amma (mom) and younger brother. On April 08, 2012 I got engaged and got married on December 14, 2012 to my husband.

I have been a fatty girl all the time while I was in Dubai when I was a little girl. But once I went back to Kerala, day-by-day i got slimmer and slimmer. I felt really annoyed because I never looked good in whatever clothes i brought. I hated myself for being slim all those time. I even prayed to Gods asking them to make be little plump. 😛😛

But ever since I came back to Dubai in 2005, I started getting bigger and bigger. And then I started praying to get slimmer. When I got slimmer and when I got bigger, the situation with clothes remained same. I couldn't wear pretty clothes because I look slim and now I don't look good bcos I got bigger. What an irony??!!
I am an emotional eater and likes spicy foods, chocolates, cakes and what not 😋😍😆😈. There are days when all I think about is only food and all what I see is only food. HAHAHA 🍗🍕🍔🍚🍤🍦🍧🍨🍟🍲🍰🍯🍹

My hobbies include jewelry making, photography, music, watching dramas (Korean, Japanese, Chinese etc.), some sewing too. By profession I'm an Admin Assistant, PA and Executive Secretary.

During my free times I will do my blogging and in here I will post some food thoughts, hotel reviews, travel memories, my handmade jewelry photos and some of my photography posts. I'm really into photography these days and I hope to learn more.
